Egads… A post?

Scary, I know… What, it’s been 2 months since I last did ANYTHING here?

Well, as you may have guessed, I’ve given up on the Haruhi thing… I lack the stamina to do a regular episodic anime run-through, so yah… There goes that :/

But anyway, let’s talk vidya gaems!

So, BlazBlue Continuum Shift got a US release recently.  Did I get it? Hell no, I don’t want that abomination of a Photoshop failure for box art and Europe get’s a limited edition release, I can wait.  Currently, I’m practising as Ragna, then I’d maybe try having a go at Noel.  I’m still fairly open though, so I’ll just have sessions with the rest of the cast to see who I like most.  Yeah, it’s taken me this long to actually do anything, but considering my arcade stick has been packed up for almost 2 months…

So yeah, after I dug it out again, I started getting used to the thing again.  I think I’m back where I was, so it’s not going to be too much hassle from here.  Hopefully the practise I’m doing in CT won’t affect the changes made in CS too much, as I’ll have to relearn a few things.  Though, I think I’m certain I’ll grab a new main character, most probably a secondary one though.  Makoto looks like a lot of fun.  μ-12 looks fairly technical, but I’m willing to give her a shot (though playing as a boss character won’t do me much good online…).  Platinum and Valkenhayn haven’t really been officially announced, so we’ll have to see what they’re in in due time.

Whew, another BlazBlue related rant… Been a while since I did that.  And yes, goodbye Street Fighter.  Your timing is waaay too strict for my liking, I could never combo anything with ya, that and you were getting stale with 7 of practically the same character…

Ah well, such is life.
